Default Good news about Timmons - From His own blog

http://affiliate.kickapps.com/_Splas...widgetId=18061

From his Blog: "Itís a Grade 1 sprain, not a big deal, and itís the other ankle from the one I hurt earlier in the season. I should come back faster than I did from that high ankle sprain. I should be able to make it back for the Denver game, which will be Nov. 9 on Monday Night Football."

That's good news. I think he was getting better each week. The last thing he needs now is a setback.

Grade I Sprain

A Grade I (First Degree) sprain is the most common and requires the least amount of treatment and recovery. The ligaments connecting the ankle bones are often over-stretched, and damaged microscopically, but not actually torn. The ligament damage has occurred without any significant instability developing.
Couple weeks, maybe 3 at the most!

Thank GOODNESS it wasn't the bad ankle. He has two weeks for that one to keep healing too!

That is some good news hopefully he will be healed by the Denver game. He seems to be holding his own at the spot. If for some reason he can't go I have alot of faith in Fox to fill in for him.
