yea, good luck with the exchange. For all intents and purposes the exchange doesn't exist anymore. They didn't have it working for half the season and now that it is working it's nothing more than a more expensive stubhub. Instead of charging the buyer a 10% fee, there's a 15% fee added to the ticket prices. And the ticket prices look to be even higher than stubhub to begin with.

Also, if you knew what the exchange used to look like, you'll now see it has a different look. Like exactly what ticketsnow.com looks like. In fact, it is exactly ticketsnow. When you click on the exchange link through ticketmaster it takes you to the ticketsnow.com website, under the "ticketexchange" banner. Ticketsnow.com is ticketmaster owned and is their version of stubhub a secondary market ticket seller.

Try a search on ticketsnow.com for your game, then go through the exchange and you'll see. Exact same tickets at the exact same price.
