I'm a big Boxing fan (well, when boxing was actually good) and I've seen just about all of the classic bouts. All 3 Ali/Frazier fights, Ali/Foreman, Leonard/Duran, Hagler/Leonard, (which Hagler won
) etc... "Marvelous" Marvin Hagler (my all time fave) vs Tommy Hearns is without a doubt the most intense & hellish 3 rounds of Boxing I've ever seen. In particular the first two rounds which I feel are the two best rounds in the history of the sport. (i don't say that lightly) The vids aren't DVD quality but they're good enough: I miss Boxing. |

I used to love boxing anf watch it all the time. They used to have a weekly show on usa network"tuesday nights fights".And i would tape all the fights. And there just is not the same excitement in the sport anymore.I mean back even in the days and i am talking tyson era there used to be some big boxing fights. Now you hardley hear about the sport. Its like boxing is on the verge of going out of style.Especially because of the ufc coming into it's own.But anyway i remember great fighters that i used to tape all thier fights and follow thier careers. My top #10 would be-mike tyson...roy jones jr....jorge paez....micheal nunn....pernell whittaker....sean o'grady....wayne mccallen....kevin kelly....my dads favorite rocky machinano....and anybody who beat holyfield......
