Cincy tickets

Has anyone bought tickets from ticketmaster....ticketfast where you print them yourself. my girlfriend are long time steeler fans bought our tickets thru ticketmaster
and printed them ourselfs they are for the cincy game Nov. 15th 2009 but on the ticket it says game 7 .... what should I do... cincy game isn't game 7... any help on this

It is game 7 played at Heinz Field if you include the preseason

that's how they number the tickets for the games at Heinz Field. It's not the total amount of games in the regular season, but the number of games that have been played at Heinz Field including preseason
