sorry but this game impresed me

defense
3 picks 2 sacks 1 touchdown 24 rushing yrds and only only let up 3 points
offense
mendenhall 155 on 22 carry's
ben 21-29 233 yrds and 3 tds
holmes 93 yrds
wallace 70 yrds

how does polamalu make that tackle in the back feild he is just so fast glad to see him getting back to normal

That is a good point. William Gay made a perfect break on the ball and would have had the pick if Troy wasn't there trying to help out.

The best part about our defensive showing last night was that it was done with 4 players out. Obviously Aaron Smith is out for the year, Kirschke will be out another 2-5 weeks, Lawrence Timmons will probably be week to week and of course Ryan Clark for safety measures. Keyaron Fox, Eason and Hood and definitely Tyronne Carter played big last night.

The scary part is Troy looks very close to 100% right now. Opposing offenses should be very concerned right now having to face the best defense on the planet.

IMO, we don't lose anything with Fox replacing Timmons on 1st and 2nd down.
