PITTSBURGH NATIVE, GRADKOWSKI HELPS RAIDERS PULL OFF UPSET AS STEELERS UNRAVEL IN 4TH

PITTSBURGH-In 2009, the consistent theme for the Pittsburgh Steelers has been to blow a fourth quarter lead. Today, against the 3-8 Oakland Raiders, it would be no different as the Steelers lose their forth straight game 27-24.
The game started off fast for Pittsburgh kick return specialist Stefan Logan ran the opening kick all the way down to Oakland’s 19 yard line, only for the Steelers to go three and out kick a field goal. Steelers take the early lead 3-0.
It looked like it was going to be a long day for the Raiders, but that quickly changed on their first possession.
On Oakland’s first offensive play, Raiders quarterback Bruce Gradkowski, a Pittsburgh native, making his third consecutive start of the year, was sacked by linebacker Lamar Woodley, fumbled the football but did recover. After converting on a fourth and one at mid-field, the Raiders would settle for a 48 yard field goal by kicker Sebastian Janikowski. The score was tied at 3-3....
