Default To all new posters

There seem to be a theme at this place that I have noticed over the years. The Steelers have a down season, and people join towards the end of the season and join in the negativity. Never post anything positive, it's just bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.

Here are a few tips to make your stay here more enjoyable:

1. Do not argue with moderators. The mods here are well respected by the long time posters, and they deserve your respect too. They spend a lot of time doing a thankless job on this forum for free.

2. Don't expect instant e-respect from long time posters. Too often people come, post negative crap, get mad because they don't feel "respected" and then throw a temper tantrum like a three year old, takes their ball, and goes home. Stick around and EARN respect.

3. Join in the positive threads. Don't come into them and try to turn them into an argument. But if you're going to stick to only negative threads and try to start arguments in positive threads, you're not going to be well received and possibly banned.

4. Read the rules of the land thread in the introduction forum. It lays out the rules to post here. One of the BIGGEST rules here is no personal attacks. You don't know anyone here and what they are going through in their life. Just don't do it, it's the quickest way to become unliked, labeled a troll, and banned.
