As of this post, the most recent member was #1686. When I joined on December 5, 2005, I was #896.

The membership has almost doubled in less than two months. Amazing.

Will see how many of them will be back after the superbowl or before next season. This site is top notch.

How many of them are currently posting though? Probably only like 700.

That number has probably doubled in the last two months, too.

So, are you saying its a bad thing that there are so many new people? I didn't even know that these kinds of boards existed until a couple of months ago, when someone from work told me about it. I lurked around for a while before actually joining/posting. But I've been a Steeler fan since I was in 6th grade in school (I'm in my 30's now), which hardly makes me a bandwagon jumper. It's been fun, but the negativity and comments towards new people who post gets old. Just my opinion, not trying to step on toes.

Not a Steelers fan, but my fiance, my best friend and his wife, and a bunch of coworkers are, so I'm actually excited about their team making it to the big show. Getting anxious about Sunday, I like to look around to see what others talk about in regards to the upcoming matchup. I'm also on two other football forums that I frequent everyday. I might make this a third home.
