Default Tomlin meeting one on one with every player and staff

Seems ilke Tomlin intends on taking his time when making coaching/staffing changes.....I think lots of us here would like to see some more immediate decisions, but he's probably going about it the right way....:hatsoffhttp://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=090...s&confirm=true:

I would definitely prefer seeing Tomlin go slow on this. We've got a long time until training camp, so measure twice and cut once.

I hope Tomlin talks to Sweed and tells him to keep working hard. I truly believe he's got all the talent in the world. I think it's a mental thing with him. If he drops a ball he gets down on himself, but he has no problem getting open. I hope he can take Hines' place in a couple years, so we can keep Wallace as our speedy deep threat.
