Well at least Larry Zierlein is one that needed to go. I think we need to get rid of our special teams coach as well.

Keeping Arians is a good choice. The O is evolving, and the last three games shows he is "getting it" as far a play action, and running the ball a bit more. I am sure I will curse him out next season, LOL`if we revert back to that 1st and goal empty backfield stuff, but continuity is as important for a staff of a good team as keeping your core players together. We had our most productive year, yardage wise, I am sure that will turn into points next season. Our D will be back.
With Zierlien shown the door can Lighesky be far behind.?
