Default Opinions on Keith Butler?

Dolphins fan here. The Dolphins have interviewed Keith Butler for their DC position. I was hoping you guys can give me some input on him? Is he an attacking coordinator and attacking his LBs? Or does he wait and react? Whats your impression of him?

Well the Steelers run an attacking defense because that's how Dick LeBeau runs his defense.

I would assume Keith Butler would run an attacking defense, but there is no way to know for sure because he's not a coordinator but a linebackers coach.

Congrats to the 2009 Stanley Cup Champion Pittsburgh Penguins

Well, I was hoping he would be OUR DC once LeBeau left, so you know I think highly of him. But I'm not so sure he would be hyper agressive. I think that some of the arguments that our linebackers have with him is that he tries to get them more aware of pass routes and dropping back into coverage (I remember one such argument with Haggans a few years ago). No way to be sure, since he's not the DC here.

I am kind of in the thinking that maybe the Steelers will give him some extra $$$ to stay around and take over for Labeau myself. I dont want him to go. I hope that maybe even Dick see's whats going on and rethinking about maybe calling it a career for the future of our Steelers at Defensive Coordinator.
