So I mean no disrepect to the Intimidator when I ask WHEN does Happy get to remove the little 3 in the corner of the door above his big 29 ? I mean, it's HIS team, HIS car now, ya know ?
why anyone would even think twice or make a deal about it beats me, but it is richard childress' team, his car, and his #3.

if happy dont like it, he can pound sand and go join another team or start his own.

kurt did pretty good losing his entire team in the first 10 laps and being the lone dodge out there. infact, i would say he "waxed" the hendrick jjjg's ass, plus he didnt cause no wrecks, or win the whiny driver of the day award.

i think jimmie really needs to move to pittsburgh to learn to drive while avoiding potholes (even the imaginary ones).

Not to fret - Jimmie and Jeff will be in the race for the Cup and finish Top 5 this season. In fact, my gut tells me Jimmie is going to win it all again.

Easy there, tiger. Happy has never said anything about not liking it. those were just the random thoughts of one fan, me.

no need to get offended there, "i am lion, hear me roar".

you asked an honest question and i provided the truthful answer.

although i did have to laugh at the rediculous notion of childress dumping the infamous # 3.

im with killer. i think this is the 3rd nascar thread that the excessive and incessant user of unnecessary bolded font has poisoned with apologies for not getting it.

*flush*

i dont know, htg. he's breeding now, and may lose his edge and focus like fellow golden childs jeff and brady recently have.

anyways, if you have HBO, tuesday night at 10 est is the final show of his series that will have behind the scenes access to him and his team, before, during and after the 500 (win or lose as advertized). it was a damn good series and the raceday finale should be the best episode.

so anyone else think it sucks the "pothole" stole the thunder from what was otherwise a damn good race with more leaders and lead changes than any other 500 in history? its not like the true nascar fans arent used to rain delays.

it seems like the drivers hate the unlimited "green/white" checkers to finish a race. while a wreck at daytona is practically a given, it seems it would give an advantage to those mid pack to keep punting those infront of them out of the way, and gain positions by attrition.
