The meal that makes me very happy is the following :

An order of Buffalo Wings , hot but not dripping in hot sauce
Mozzarella sticks
French fries
Diet Pepsi

All while watching a Steeler game !

Fortunately, as a Supply Sergeant, I am always on good terms with the cooks and was able to get samples before hand...but on those days I couldn't test the waters, It was a crap shoot.
Always got eggs over medium. Never had an issue with the sausage. That's not to say that I shouldn't have, but....
I always liked bacon beside my eggs anyway. Unless it was a biscuits and gravy morning.

I love breakfast for dinner! Eggs over easy or a ham 'n pepper jack cheese omelet with whole wheat toast and home fries.

Favorite comfort foods, especially on snowy weekends:

Pot roast w/carrots & potatoes - either roasted or in the crockpot
Chili over rice
Roast pork with mashed potatoes and gravy
Italian sausage and spaghetti parmesan (favorite meal as a kid)

Sunday breakfast (or dinner) I like scrambled eggs w/cheddar, sausage patties, fried potatoes and onions and cornbread.
