Favorite Cereal

Ties in with the Comfort Food:

This doesn't need to be contained to just cereal either. Favorite "single dish" style of breakfast. (As in, a bowl of cereal for some people is breakfast. For others it's a doughnut and offee. So lay it on down.)

Cereal: I was big on Count Chockula as a kid (but it was a very rare treat.) Now, I love the "bagged" version of Golden Grahams. Can eat that as a snack or as it's own dish.

For doughnut/muffin/bread product: Boston Creme doughnut from Tim Hortons (w/ a Hot Chocolate since I don't drink coffee). Though I'm a big fan of Ego Waffles when I've only got 5 minutes before work to prepare something. (rub some real butter into it to hold the Powdered Sugar in place).

Hot Dish: I don't eat oatmeal/grits/or any of that other stuff. So it's a nogo from me.

loved it.....however one time when i was a kid, and ate the whole box....i got a strange surprise when i went no 2 in the bathroom.......i flipped out and thought i was dying! my mom then had to explain the dye in the cereal sometimes will change things colors.....as they come out.

and i may be one of the few that actually really likes grape nuts....

OMG - you are sooooo lucky to have Tim Hortons there!!! Whenever I go to Canada or gambling in Wheeling, I stop there to get a couple of cans of their decaf coffee and some Timbits! Best coffee on the planet!

Grape kool-aid (and other purple colored products) turn your poop green. Once each of my kids has gotten old enough to really understand what different colors mean, I'll tell them how green poop means they're really really sick....and then hose em down with Grape Kool-aid for a couple of days (mix grape in with another flavor/color combo).

Kids are so naive!

I like Dunkin Doughtnuts as much...but that's cuz I only go there for the pastries. :P Coffee drinkers prefer Tim Hortons.

I much prefer Tim Hortons over Dunkin Donuts, whether it be coffee, donuts, pastries, etc. Dunkin's donuts sit on the shelves most of the day but Tim Hortons donuts are always fresh and very tasty! Plus - I love their soups and sandwiches! It has always been my dream to own a Tim Hortons franchise and bring it to the Burgh - guaranteed it would put Dunkin Donuts right out of business around here.
