Default Have you ever caught your kids…

…doing something that they should not be doing?

Well, GB and I have a 10-year-old daughter and 3 dogs (2 toy poodles and 1 teacup poodle) and I just caught her in her bathroom with our 3-pound teacup poodle making her swim in a full tub of water. The poor dog was swimming for her life! I am so beside myself I do not know if I should punish her or LMAO!

Oh my goodness Renne!

I don't think I'd punish her, but I'd have a stern talk with her to let her know that while her intentions might have been good (she most likely was trying to show the little one how to swim), the poor little dog could have drowned and then she'd be very sad.

I must admit, though - I did when I first read your post.

Seriously, our daughter is adorable. She is one of nicest and most loving and caring children I've ever seen......BUT she can be ornery on occasion.

And how does that make her ANY different from her father?

Indeed she is very loving! This was just her way of getting the dog to "work-out" - as she said!!!

Have i ever caught my kids? All the time. Specially the youngest girl, she is just ... well, I'll just say she could easily equal 300 Tatar-Mongols (or 300 Spartans in your case).

It's just I don't understand how the 3rd kid could b so different than the older siblings. Now V started little whose-fault-is-this thing, & it appears 2 b my grandma was just like her when she was little.

From what I'm reading, your kid seems 2 B fine. Yeah, maybe she was just trying 2 teach the dog how 2 swim.

Oh Renne, that is not so bad, dogs know how to swim, but maybe a 50 labs in the tub is a stretch to start with. Be thankful you don't have 3 boys, the middle brother just beat up the older brother again. I had gone to the store ad was on my way home when I got a call from the wife saying we have an emergency at home and the police were called. I was two blocks away and thought "what the hey!" No smoke that is good. she said the boys are fighting again and trey is bleeding again. I yelled over the phone break it up before I get in the */)(_&**( house. I got in the house they were apart, trey was holding his nose, Nick was yelling you got your blood all over me. and I am going to hit you in the mouth again for that. about that time I gave Nick a gibbs and sent him to his room, Trey to the bathroom to clean up and Debbie looked at me and asked how I did that over the phone? I told her stomping your foot saying stop that right now does not work with boys. This is the second time these two went at it. The first time was when Nick was catching for Trey (on the same Teener Baseball Team, and he felt Trey was throwing the game. He went out twice and warned him and was told each time that the game didn't matter he was on the Freshman Team and this was Rec ball. The next pitch was a big fat apple for the kid to hit but he missed it but Nick took off tackeled his pitcher and proceeded to pounded on his pretty face until the umpire picked him up by his pant laughing anf threw him off the mound. The field ump threw both out of the game the plate ump over ruled him told trey he was off the mound that he was throwing the game and nick was out from behind the plate. The field up said I threw them, he told the field ump My brother and I left more blood on this field than you can imagine, this kid takes the game serious, I like that. get in your position I iam in charge of this game not you.

Nick by the way led the league in batting Avg. .778 against freshman pitchers he was an 8th grader at the time.
