do you really think jordan shipley falls to the 4th ? he's got a pretty descent resume , descent size, and should run an ok 40.

A lot of that is going to depend on how well he performs at the combine. Personally, I feel that he's going to be an adequate slot receiver in the NFL ala Anthony Gonzalez. He has good hands and runs pretty good routes.

Where he goes in the draft will depend on several things, but the most glaring factor will be based on his skillset. He is not going to be a deep threat in the NFL, rather a possession receiver in an established system. It all depends where he fits in with certain teams and what those teams need in early rounds.

So to be more specific, yes, I think he at least drops to the late third to a team like Indy. The fourth might be a little far, but the combine will determine a lot of that.
