Brady is an active player.

It is the deification of an active player that is the rub here.

Unless you assume that Brady is the greatest player of all time there is no justification for honoring Brady by having him toss teh coin.

Apparently all of the previous SB MVP's are going to be there - including Deion Branch.

There is a rumor that Brady will play fake the coin-toss - then launch it down the sideline to a sprinting Deion Branch who is going to catch it, run it in to the endzone - then spike it.

The officials are then going to check which side the coin landed on.

The Patriots didn't bother with swagger to start this NFL season; they went straight to defiant. Either you're one of them or you're about to get crushed.

This pretty much sums YOU up. A one trick poster...I guess I admire your stubornness, though. The game turns, and some are left behind...there might be a day, sooner rather than later I hope, when your dichotomy comes back to bite you in the ass.

I'll be there. Kids who never lose make the VERY worst losers when the worm turns.

Did the Pats think they were going to win every Super Bowl for the next 20 years?
