Wow i can't believe all the "no" votes.

Sure we haven't been given the most reliable info in this case, no doubt.

But just about everything that's leaked out of this mess so far (IF TRUE) has been in the girl's favor imo.

What has leaked out that's in the girls favour? Am I happy they are getting DNA? Ofcourse not, that means that yes a charge will probably happen, and I am going to have to hear about this nonsense for another few months. But in my mind there must not be a shred of evidence to this case, the ONLY thing to leak out, was so unbelievably in Ben's favour... Or did you forget that two, local police officers are willing to testify that they saw nothing suspicious all night, and that 20 year old mcunderager was both drinking like a fountain, and all over our stud, all American, 2 time superbowl winning, 10 million dollar a year, QB.

So unless Ben's DNA proves that he has the genes of a rapist, I think the case would be pretty much in Ben's favour, I mean if he is charged.

Whatever happens I do not want him to settle out of court. Cases like this that are resolved out of court always come back to haunt you and would leave Steeler fans with doubt. Make HER pay, make her stand infront of the court and every newspaper in the world and not only apologize to Ben, but admit that it was her who initiated the supposedly inappropriate(sp?) sexual contact.

incase you dont know there is always the chance that ben initated.
