I for one hope this isn't true. Hopefully he wasn't drunk. Brown has been a lot of fun to watch the last couple years and isn't someone I would have thought would get mixed up with drunk driving or any other legal issues at this point.

How is there no confirmation about his intoxication, though? One would think if he were arrested for "suspicion of drunk driving" he would have been breathalized.
