Also, Bruce Lee was born in the US but to elect him president (if he would have lived long enough that is) would be ludicrous. Is that this guy still shows up for work everyday. He has been changed over to Walter Reed medical center, but he stll shows up everyday to work. He is perfectly within his right, if he thinks an order is illegal, to reject it.

Its the same law that Nuremberg and Tokyo war crime trials were dependent on to convict many secondary actors in the wars. It is the same law the Calley was originally convicted on in My Lai.

While this doesn't even come close to rising to that level, the law ITSELF is right, and if this guy feels that the orders are illegal, he is BOUND to not follow them.

Such is the weird twists of law.

he does not show up to work every day, he instead goes to the pentagon and gets threatened with a freaking court marshall from his COMMANDER col. roberts (who does show up to work every day at walter reed)

he is perfectly within his right to get a boot in his ass.

thats the only difference i see.

his Pentagon building pass and government laptop computer were seized.

looks like he wont be playing hookey and taking a field trip to the pentagon any time soon.

Army doctor Lt. Col. Terry Lakin believes Obama does not meet the constitutional requirements to be president and commander-in-chief because Lakin believes the president was not born in the United States. A video with statements from Lakin on the subject was released by the right-wing American Patriot Foundation.

Roberts is the commander of the medical brigade out of Walter Reed. He is the only active-duty Medal of Honor winner in the military. He received the honor for action in Vietnam.
