This is unprecedented. Turn back the clock. You think we could get Mel Blount and Joe Greene back too?

We'll see. Getting back Ari 6th makes it worthwhile..

This is a total bargain. Makes up for the awful value we got from Santonio Holmes.

hmmmmmmmm.......it seems like they are trying to correct a few mistakes made last year that may have sealed our fate after losing Troy and Aaron Smith. We've resigned Foote and got McFadden back to shore up the secondary. Lesson learned the hard way.

I feel soooooo much better.

O.k. and here's the kicker to this trade, we pick up his contract that he signed with the Cards. The great part is, if I'm not mistaken, it was a heavy front end loaded contract. B Mac got a nice big signing bonus and a good first year salary and we get the guy for the lower part of his contract for the next few years. This guy will get even better under LeBeau.

I believe he only signed a 2 year deal when he went to the cards..

You can't say that our FO doesn't think about our needs at DB now

Maybe we don't have a killing unit at CB, but we got a bunch of young players who will compete. Interesting to follow.

Taylor, B Mac, and let's hope one or both of our 2nd year guys step up and are able to play in the nickel and dime.

Now lets trade William Gay for a new washing machine.
