WTF disappointed... (OTA)

Are you guys in pittsburgh getting more video, pictures etc related to the now completed 3 day minicamp?

WTF?

With all the negative news, you wouold think they would have at least one open practice so fans could get excited about players they want to see like Emmanuel Sanders. How was Sweeds catching before the injury? Do the QBs look like they are throwing accurate passes (especially Dixon). Do either of the CBs (Lewis or Burnett) look good? Show some pictures.

When I watch NFL Network, I see other camps letting them take video and some pictures (I suspect only for 15 minutes...lol) but give SOMETHING.

Just 30 minutes would have been fun and also would have given us something to talk about besides Ben.

So is it just because I'm not in Pittsburgh or have you guys been shut out too?

I hear you. I've been checking Steeler.com a few time a day to see if they have anything and I keep comming up empty. The most I found were a few pictures on gettyimages.

Ed Bouchette...on the PG+ Pay Site gives additional information on the camp stuff. It's pretty cheap and it's worth it.

Yeah...lol They should be offering free stuff just to keep good news flowing.

I remember several years ago everything on Steelers.com was free and good. Then they went to this paid member thing hiding everything they used to offer for free. These days when I check the site it seems everything is free like it used to be.

They should know they make their money back from merchandise, seats, etc. I remember when I was in 6th grade I wrote to them and to my shock I got a big envelope back with a team picture, stickers, a pin...awesome. They knew by giving me that tiny bit free they would gain a lifetime of addiction of Steelers products...and they were right. I've bought so many Steelers things throughout the years (one year my sister even bought me a tacky Steelers watch...lol). They got their money back 1000 fold.

Point being...feed the loyal fans...for free.

Thanks for that. It was great. I never get tired of that. I could have watched a 30 minute special instead of 6 minutes. lol I wish they showed the receivers catching a few balls.

If they had just made it "minicamp" they could have showed Dixon. The ones I'm anxious to see are Dixon, Sanders, Sweed, and Dwyer although RB is not as exciting without pads. I'm also curious about Lewis and Burnett.
