Default Bloom

Did anyone else watch the ESPN special on the ex-colorado player Bloom? Also the best freestyle mogul skier in the world, he'll be at torino... Can you say explosive?? sub 4.3 40! This guys' returns looked crazy, he would be a great deap threat out of the slot. Seems like he is just one of those naturally gifted atheletes thats good at everything...

he cant catch the ball because colorado screwed him and wouldnt start him on offense when he played. he would be strictly a returner for prolly the first 2-3 yrs in the pros.

Im sure he is very raw, especially with being out of football for 2 years. Kinda like a Matt Jones but shorter... Could be worth a late round flier, Kiper has him between rounds 3 and 6

Bloom will probabaly be a good returner and a decent slot receiver, but that ESPN special hyped him up a little to much. One of my friends saw it and told me he thought Bloom was one of the best receivers in the draft, and that he should go by the second round. The show made him look better than he was, but he is explosive as you said.

During his NFL Combine interview, former Colorado WR Jeremy Bloom said he'll be working out with Ben Roethlisberger in California. Roethlisberger will be throwing to him during his pro day, which is April 1 at UCLA.....also said he hasn't been able to really prepare for the NFL Combine because he hasn't been able to run the past six months while preparing for the ski season. He noted his pro day is April 1 and he'll definitely be ready to go then. He said he hasn't run a 40 before so he doesn't have any idea what time he may run. He has resumed running and said he was a bit sore following it. He said he measured in with a height of 5-9 and weight of 173 pounds. He did, however, note that is his ski weight and his football weight is around 185 pounds. After not playing football for nearly two years, he said there are some elements he'll be lacking in. However, he plans to work very hard the next month to be crisp. He added he'd be willing to have a clause in any potential contract that restricted him from skiing. He's looking to become both a returner and a receiver in the NFL, as he noted he views both positions as one in the same.
