This kid is milking it for all it's worth.

When this story first broke I was a little suspicious about this kid. You have to wonder If this kid said anything while wearing a Denver Bronco jersey in Pittsburgh before the AFC Championship game. I still feel this way.

Ya that happened at Beaver Falls, same High School I went to. The class that Mr Kelly (I actually took this class) teaches, has a lot to do with discrimination. He made the kid sit in the middle of the floor, just as a lesson, and I don't think there was any malicsious(sp?) intent behind it. This info that I got comes from one of my buddies little borther who was in the class.

We will find out if there was any malice (as opposed to simple stupidity) if Beaver Falls disciplines the "teacher" or, instead, fights the lawsuit that I have no doubt is coming.

Not having been there, it may just sound bad, but if its sounds bad the guy running the class should have kept his mouth shut or had a better explanation than the "I was just messing with him" quote I read.
