That is fantastic - a cruel joke played by his mother (Frau Gertrude) who had sneakily unplugged the PC moments before her lunatic child entered the room.

Using a trick from the A-Team she then placed a photo of the Desktop over the monitor screen - giving the impression of a computer refusing to work.

There is a second installment to this video where the kid goes on the rampage and systematically smashes every piece of electronic equipment in the house - shouting "Sie stahlen meine nude Frauen" all the way.
