Default Why doesn't Harrison throw a fit when he's being held?

James Harrison should throw a fit in front of the ref whenever he's being held, since it seems like it's happening on nearly every play. If he did that, the backfield ref would probably be more likely to call more holds. If he doesn't see Harrison complaining, then he assumes Harrison has no problem with the way the tackle is playing him. I don't understand why Harrison doesn't complain more often.

There's a difference between being a whiny bitch, and arguing with the ref when you have a legitimate beef.

I think he does it because the tackle will go back to the huddle like "hey i got this guy under control" then wam he comes out of no where and takes someones head off.

He knows that crying like a little school girl (eg: Tom Brady) won't get him anything. Those refs aren't going to change their behavior because he's arguing with them. So why bother? Also, it seems the refs start calling holding for him in the post season. Something tells me the league is trying to keep their QBs safe during the regular season, then allows the refs to apply the rules that might get some of those little bitches (eg: Tom Brady) killed in the playoffs.

PS: I would call Tom Brady a douche, but that's no way to treat a lady.

I'm sure he's either had it explained to him, or he can read the writing on the wall. The rules are designed and enforced to favor the offense. The geniuses up top have decided that people want high-scoring games played on pristine Technicolor green playing fields. Never mind that the 9-6 defensive slugfests played in the mud and snow are invariably the highest-rated games every year.

Anything that helps scoring goes, including holding James Harrison on every play.
