Default James Harrison most intimidating Steeler since Lambert?

agree or disagree? i haven't seen as much of the Steelers as others on here. i know Lloyd was a scary SOB, but he didn't have the explosiveness and strength Harrison has.

Like I said in another thread, this void was left open for YEARS since Greg Lloyd left. I never thought I'd say it, but Harrison puts Lloyd to shame when it comes to mean streaks. Harrison is just a freak that's out to tear some people apart. Unblock-able as well. Scary combo. Glad he's a Stiller!

I was going to say since Greg Lloyd anyway. To say he puts Lloyd to shame might be stretching it some. But Yea I think Harrison has established him self the past few years as the nastiest LB in football. You can argue that there are better LB's out there but no one hits like Harrison game in and game out. Every game the guy is knocking someone out. Pretty soon the league is going to try to take away his mean streak. He leaves a pile of bodies in his wake every game.

I guess I haven't been paying close enough attention... I thought Ward was the one leaving bodies in his wake, and Ike certainly did once or twice last year. Other than the drunk Browns fan from four or five years ago, who else has Harrison taken out? Don't get me wrong, I think Harrison is fantastic, but I honestly can't recall anyone else he's personally escorted from a game.

He jacked him up so good that Reed intercepted Batch later in that same game.

I'm not saying Harrison isn't fantabulous. I'm not saying he hasn't laid the wood on many people during his tenure. He is all that, and he's as physical and as sure a tackler as we have on the team (and unlike Ryan Clark he doesn't injure himself as badly as the guys he's tackling).

What I am saying is that if he's been "leaving a trail of bodies" and knocking folks out of games left and right, then I haven't been paying attention.
