Hey what program are you using to make these? I only have Paint Shop Pro 10 and I havent been able to make anything remotely close to that yet. However, I just started so I know that has something to do with it lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi..I use a combination of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator...
Illustrator for the graphics (logos, tipography, lines) and Photoshop for textures, shadows and effects...i believe Paint Shop its a good program... but i dont really know very well...

There is hundred of web sites with tips and tricks about digital illustration and tutorials...
