TO gives up against the colts

Anyone watch the Colts/Bengals game today? There were a couple plays were TO gave up in a route, where the ball wasn't exactly to him, but if he actually reached for it like an NFL player he would have caught it.
And at the end of the game, time running out no timeouts, Palmer gets sacked, instead of running back to the line of scrimmage like everyone else, he pretty much walks. The commentator called him pathetic.
