Question Cadence VS Audiable????

OK I get what the cadence is. Hut, Hut, hike; etc. and you can hear him barking out the commands.

Now, with the audiable, is it something only the team hears or can that be heard as well as he barks out the commands? And does the team know the audiable is coming and if not, what signal would he give that it is coming?

Sorry to be sooooooooooooo stupid here but I'm still confused!! Any and all help to clear this up would be appreciated.

Thanks For Your Patience In Advance!!
