Need help with jersey size

Hi guys! i'm from Croatia which is in Europe. Been following this forum and Steelers for a long long time. Can you please help me with picking right size of jersey as i'm not accustomed to US sizes? I want to buy Polamalu Jersey but i'm afraid i don't order wrong size that won't fit me well. For example my chest size is around 103 cm which is like 40,6". I mean i'm afraid if i order S that it would be to small for me and if i order M it would be to big for me. Can you please give me advice which size should i order, i would appreciate it a lot based on your experience? thanks

my rule is always go bigger, if its to small your more than likely not ever gonna wear it and returning is a pain in the ass. if its to big you can wear a shirt or a thermal under and fill it out
