I forgot to mention that another reason the division winner vs wildcard is huge is that the division winner will likely get a bye. The AFC East winner will get one and our division winner will get the second one. If it's the Jets we'd even have a chance to get first if we can beat them later.

So this game could mean the difference between a bye and second place OR 5th place playing the Colts on the road in the Wildcard round of the playoffs.

Did I mention this game is huge?

The win in Baltimore two years ago was on a controversial last minute TD by the Steelers. Hardly a dominating perforamce over the Ravens and the Steelers did have Ben at QB.

The Ravens are a stronger team now than two years ago. Flacco has experience and they have Ray Rice and a revamped receiving corps.

I'm looking for a 34-17 Ravens win on Sunday

Ahahahaha! You're cute.

The last time the Ravens "dominated" the Steelers was in '06. And conversely the last time the Steelers "dominated" the Ravens was in '07.

Don't expect too much of that to change...especially since it took a last minute FG to beat the Steelers with Batch at the helm.

34...

Gotta love your outlandish confidence though. It'll be close either way. Bank on that.

We match up good with the Ravens. They are physical as we are.

I don't recall the Ravens being dominated by the Steelers in any of the '07 games.
I do recall the Ravens blew the Steelers out twice in '06.

Ben makes a HUGE difference. I thought he looked good today. Christ, the guy helps lead us to 2 Super Bowls and people still complain.
I'm expecting a close game next week. I think if we have a good week of preparation and come in ready to play, ready to WIN (unlike the Pats game), we'll win it.

Go look it up before you look silly again. I mean, it wasn't as looooooooooonnnnng ago as the Ravens blowing out the Steelers in '06.
