Former NFL head coach Bill Cowher expressed skepticism on Sunday at the NFL's insistence that Denver Broncos video director Steve Scarnecchia acted alone in the illegal recording of a San Francisco 49ers practice on Oct. 30.

anyone with half a brain can put two and two together. i love how the league is trying to move past this as quickly as possible. also funny how outright cheating only cost $50k... pretty much the same penalty for accidentally hitting a guy in the helmet during a game of TACKLE FOOTBALL.

the broncos staffer (scarnechia) who was guilty of taping (and since fired) is the son of the patriots current and long time line coach. the league certainly wants this swept under the rug as quick as possible.
