1. Jeff Hartings
2. Kevin Greene 3. James Farrior I always liked the John L. Williams signing... his career in Pittsburgh was short, but I always thought it was a good move. At that time he was one of the best weapons at fullback in the NFL. He got the ball quite a bit for a fullback in Pittsburgh and he even had over 50 receptions in 1994.

I like Farrior, both for the good play and maybe more importantly the positive chemistry he brings. He has an excellent attitude and great sense of humor.

Hartings and Farrior, but only because they were lynchpins on both sides of the ball for SB win #5.

Tommy Maddox. Even though he stunk it up on the field last season, he played an important role for two reasons:
1. His forth quarter entry into the 2002 home game against the Browns and subsequent success throughout the season signaled the end of the Kordell Stewart era. 2. His injury (sad, yes) against the Ravens in 2004 helped usher in the Ben Rothlisberger era.

ohh good point lol ... Tommy served a purpose, as short as it may have been ..... If we have had more success the prior year, we might not have picked up Big Ben. As much as i TRY my best to love all Steeler players as long as they are in the black and Gold... i just could not tolorate Stewart anymore. How he did not give Cowher a heart attack or a stroke is beyond me.
