... that Ms. Goodell has sent-out this season, this story has (conveniently, for the NFL) been cast-aside
the League doesn't want to be forced into reprimanding a future Hall-of-Fame player in the twi-light of his career, but if the League is going to discipline another Super Bowl-winning QB (which I agreed with) for his off-field indiscretions, aren't they then forced into dealing with this situation promptly & in-public?
Rogita would rather take some minimal heat for handing-out unheard-of fines, than risk tarnishing the career & reputation of a player who's been a fan-favorite for years ~ if he is going to publicly hang Thoughtlessberger out-to-dry for his transgressions, why-not Favre?
