to not be outdone by his older brother kurt, kyle bush, nascar driver of the #5 was ticketed for wreckless driving. no alchohol or speed was involved. funny cause he got busted for something hes paid to do. just not on public streets. its like a pornstar having sex in a public park. max penalty is a year in jail. im sure hell just pay the $50 fine.

i wonder if tony stewart was the cop?

matt kenseth woulda sold beer in the #2. plus play on the whole matt/dale jr. vs. bud/miller rivalry. roush was smart too keep matt and let busch go. sucks for me though. and for penske. being that ryan and kenseths wives are friends and the drivers socialize away from the track.

They'll still sell beer, but sell it by Busch winning races, which Rusty couldn't do anymore.

UPDATE 2: Busch and two other crew members were in a rental car on their way to the airport. They were near the airport when Kyle squealed the tires. They then pulled into a KFC to get something to eat when a cop pulled them over and told him squealing the tires wasn't a good thing to do and Busch agreed. He was very cooperative. There is no police report. He received a citation. There was no burnout and no donuts in a parking lot. Busch is scheduled to address the situation in the media center at Nashville at 4:30pm central time.(PRN's Garage Pass Radio Show)(4-14-2006)
