The Pittsburgh Steelers added two players to their offseason roster following a tryout this week.

Offensive tackle Nevin McCaskill and fullback-tight end Jamie McCoy were signed to reserve/future contracts.

Under NFL rules, both can officially join the team following the Super Bowl.

The Steelers have a first-round bye this week as the AFC North champions and second seed in the AFC.

I still think they should use the CFL as a minor league system and pillage it for potential O-line help. There has too be someone up there that has built up enough strength and honed his craft well enough to be better than what we have at RG now.

Players come from the CFL all the time. I haven't heart of any player who's been successful lol, but players do come as backups.

Stefan Logan? He was doing goo d things in Detroit. We would have kept him, but with the Bluntonio and Big Ben fiasco's, we couldn't afford to keep a spot on the roster for a specialist like a kick returner.
