What if u found 230 million laying on the ground?
What would you do if you stumbled onto a fortune, in this case $200 million, and no one was looking? Would you keep it, or turn it in?

crazy stuff. If it was like that then I'd be a little concern our Uncle Sam had some rights to it. But if I was walking in the woods, I'd report it under that found money deal, sleep at the station until the waiting period is up, then wire the money to a bank. Then probably walk up to the ticket window wih a cool million and ask where I am on that Steeler season ticket list now.
