Not first pick but I knew he would be a 2nd round possibility. There were some good LB's in this past draft and I thought we would snatch one up, so when we got worilds I had no idea who he was. Time will tell, but already he's leaps and bounds better than kindle at this point. That guy seems like he had something wrong with his head BEFORE he fell on it

I was hoping we drafted Mike Doss in the 2003 draft, instead we got one of the greatest Steelers ever. The "Polynesian Jesus" Troy Polamalu. Thank God I was wrong.

Yeah...I like to know who the first and second round picks are so I can feel an excitement when we get them. It's part of the fun. I try to look at the top 100 players or at minimum the top 5 in each position. Either he wasn't there or I just missed him because I was like "Who?"

Vernon Gholston... I knew the Steelers would never get him, he went high in the 1st.. but I'm glad I wasn't the GM and traded up to get him.

And I didn't want Timmons, I thought it was an Insane pick... But I'm glad it happened lol.

In 2007 I also liked Sidney Rice ...I kept watching his "I'm a playa" video on youtube. He actually would have been good for us.

But I also liked Antonio Pitman after watching his video...lol "I'm a beast"

I think I'm a victim of catch music videos. lol

I really wanted Chad Pennington. Although not a bust, I'm sure glad we didn't take him.

i forgot all about noodle arm .... i'm guilty of that as well.. but in my defense it was more about getting rid of korkie , than pennington. hell i woulda been happy with any QB that draft , EXCEPT , Tee F'ning Martin , who was just a korkie light. other than marvel that draft sucked balls..
