I'm waiting for the PS3 to come out. But if it is $800 at launch then I will buy myself a XBox 360 lol.

damnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.....are they crazy??? i've been thinking if i should buy a xbox 360, i'm not much for RPG games but nbalive looks 32190579345712498571924375 times better on it then it does on ps2

Most of my favorite games are on Playstations. So, hopefully it won't be that much.

I'm content with PS2. I only play three games. The Godfather, GTA San Andreas and Madden 06. I might go out and purchase a PS3 when the price drops. I'm not really a video game buff so that price is simply not worth it for me.

The ps3 is not going to be much better then the ps2, the only reason they are bringing it out now is bc microsoft launched the 360 which in turn makes playstation to have to compete.....The reason it is so expensive is bc they are using top of the line dvd players, cd roms, recorders, etc...I believe it is blue tooth or whatever the brand is called.
No reason to buy a ps3 when you get the same quality from ps2.
As for the 360 the ony thing I don't like is they rushed their games such as Madden the playbook reminds me of the old tecmo bowl playbooks lol.

I'm definitely not purchasing a PS3 when it firsts comes out. If it seems to be pretty good, I might buy one later on down the line when the price drops...until then I'll stick with my PS2.
