Default Screen passes and special teams

The Ravens were killin us with those screen passes in the first half, but you have to expect that because screens work against the Steelers because they blitz the LB's off the corners. I can't recall a Raven screen after halftime. I can't believe they abandoned them. Most of their yards in the first half came on screens.

Steelers need to work on defending screens.

Steelers need to work on special teams.

Is it my imagination, or is Ben a much more effective passer while rolling out, or running a waggle? I wish they kept stats on how well Ben does from the pocket, and while scrambling. I bet he is 70% completion on the run. And under 50% from the pocket.

We held them to 126 yards of total offense that isn't exactly getting killed by anything.

"need to work on special teams" is an understatement. Its terrifying anytime we have to kickoff or punt the ball that there's going to be a huge run back or a TD.

actually they really only ran i think two that did damage.. the one to Heap early in the game and i think they got 10 yards on another pass to a back.. for the most part, especially considering the amount of blitzing we do, the Steelers handled the screens just fine

Ravens ran 4 first half screens and had success on all 4.

I don't recall seeing any in the second half.

Ravens had about 60 of their 90 first half yards off screens. 2 to the left, and two to the right. I WAS COUNTIN THEM.
