Anyone from Pittsburgh hear the planes?

For people in Pittsburgh, 3:36. a bunch of planes flew by in the clouds, very loud, sounded like a bomb raid... All my neigherbors came outside. Really weird.

isnt there a flyover for todays home playoff game?

the F-22 raptors have been bouncing sonic booms off the mountain here for the past few nights.

sounds like 500 lb bunker busters going off a block away.

Since when did they use like 10 military cargo planes to fly over a game.. I always though it was like 4 jets and a chopper.

It had to be atleast 10 full size planes, no 1 person jet planes. Really kind of freaked me out.

We get those here all the time, local paper likes to call them sky quakes.
There's a training range in the area and sometimes the pilots forget to slow down going over populated areas. And of course when the paper investigates, they call the base and get nothing but denials. lol
