The beginning was very cool (inspirational almost), but the slow "Here We Go" song later on in the video kinda reminded me of something...

I REALLY wish we could get a current Pittsburgh 'rock icon' like Donny Iris or the Clarks to do something much like what the Dropkick Murphys have done with "Time to Go" (GO! GO! BLACK AND GOLD!) or "Nutty" for the Boston Bruins- or "Tessie" for the Sox. Something that legitimately rocks. The current "Here we go steelers" does not rock. Dont get me wrong, its ok- and its a good chant, but it does not make me want to upset furniture. I want to be pumped when I hear it.

i'm planning to be there for a game next year. one of the things i've been saying my entire life that i had to do and never got around to it. finally i have the resources for it though so it's gotta happen

with that said videos like this make me wanna be there so bad

I said Pittsburgh rock icon. He is definitely a local rock icon. Dropkick Murphys are hardly rock icons but, locally in Boston, they are. Local Institution is what we are going for.
