I don't think that was an accident. Some little smarty pants at the network was trying to get attention. That or some subliminal anti-Semitism or other insecurities sneaking through on the job, perhaps?

not saying you're wrong, but almost impossible to prove since the guy responsible could play dumb and say that was the case, and probably get off the hook unless they do a background check and he has an affiliation with the KKK or something lol
