Steelers nose tackle Casey Hampton was last seen in uniform with his head in his heads, lamenting the fact that his 2004 season ended in Week 6 against the Dallas Cowboys with a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.
He's spent the past two days working out lightly at minicamp, participating in individual drills, but sitting out of team drills. His goal is to be ready for training camp July 31, as he attempts to regain his Pro Bowl form of 2003. "I'm on schedule," he said of his rehabilitation. "I tore the other ACL in college, so I pretty much knew what to do this time and how I would react to it. I don't know where I am percentage-wise, but I'm getting there here's the rest |
