Default How much a beast is Patrick Peterson?

Not that it warrants discussion, in terms of it being a possible
draft pick for us, but holy crap, that guy put up madness for #s.

A CB who is 6', 220 lbs but runs a 4.31 forty? Are you serious?
He has the size to jam WRs at the LOS but the speed to stay
and catch up to virtually any WR in the league. That combination
of size, strength, speed, quickness et al is just loco. He could be
Mel Blunt reincarnated. And that is saying something.

But we have zero chance of landing him. I still think we are looking
at Sherrod in the first unless Brandon Harris is there as well. That
could be a tough decision if they are both there at 1-31.

Moving this was BS. There is not enough traffic on main board to
making all these related boards. We should be able to talk
about the draft on main board. All you are doing is ensuring there
is a paltry amount of content on the main board by doing this. Total

I didn't know we had other boards besides the "main board."

I guess some people would have no problem opening the financial section of their local newspaper only to find an article about the national hot dog eating contest.

Or better yet, what if you clicked on the Steelers link on the Post Gazette's site and the first headline was this thread? I wonder how long they'd stay in business.

Peterson will be a top CB in the NFL for years to come. He is one of the best I seen in a long time

K...I'll spell it out for you since you can't read the descriptions under the separate forum names.

Pittsburgh Steelers
Talk about our beloved Pittsburgh Steelers!

War Room
Talk about the Steelers draft! For all other draft information use the general NFL Draft forum below.

Any other questions?

By the way, you knew the set up when you joined...if you have that big of a problem with it, go to another board that doesn't have separate sections or create your own.

Let me try to give you a little clue, mmm K?

Everyone knows that when a message board's main page is lacking
activity and new posts, you don't go geek control freak and move
perfectly related posts to another page. As a matter of fact, most decent
boards allow posts of just about anything on the main board, as it
really ads to the entertainment value. Your main page is skimpy -
lacking of much content.

Thus, it is inappropriate to go nazi control freak. I mean, the rest
of the world knows this.

Point 2 (And this is a biggie): You constantly allow other threads
that - by the "letter of the law" - should be moved to other boards.
As a matter of fact, you have allowed many threads about the draft
to remain on the main board, but chose to move this one, without
any logic to explain the obvious inconsistent behavior. Are you making
these decisions with tarot cards?

The draft sections are for draft talk. If any have slipped by, then it is because us mods have lives too and missed them. The majority of them were moved though, or already made in the proper section. Most people don't seem to have an issue with this. You are pretty much making a mountain out of a molehill...and at this point, the only thing you are doing is detracting away from your own thread topic to hear yourself whine. No I'm not making these decisions with tarot cards...I move them when I see them. Like I said in the above post, if you prefer how another board is run to this one, go to that board. Make posts wherever you want. I really don't care. The majority of people here don't feel the need to throw childish tantrums when their posts are moved. They know how to behave like adults. That seems to be something you're lacking in right now. If you want me to be totally honest about it, I started moving draft threads about a week and a half ago (went back about 3 pages...didn't think more was necessary) because another member asked why so many draft threads were being posted on the main page, when there's already a section for that. Tony and I responded (pretty much) that some that had more to do with certain articles (such as why the Steelers draft the way they do) would be fine and other threads, dealing more with who and why people wanted to see drafted and mock drafts would be moved. Is that clear enough for you? *Repeat* You knew how this board was set up when you joined. If you have a problem with it, find another one that doesn't have different sections, or let's people post whatever topic wherever they want. Or create your own and run it however you want. /End discussion.

9. Do not argue with the enforcement of the above commandments. -If any of the Steelers Fever Administrators or Moderators tells you to comply with one of these rules, you must comply. -If you argue the rules, you'll be warned. -Keep it up, and you'll receive a temporary ban.

perfectly related posts to another page.
how exactly does a thread about a college player , who you already mentioned has zero chance of being a steeler, relate to steeler news ?
