You mess with the establishment, they will react. Like Danzel's character
said in the movie "Training Day"...."It's not what you know it's what you can
prove." Anyone who brings up that day and questions the official story
is quickly vilified.
something to that effect.
Yeah - Do not mess with The Power

Ritter was found guilty by a Monroe County, Pennsylvania jury of exchanging explicit messages in a chat room with an undercover police officer posing as a 15-year-old girl, and then performing a sex act on himself.

Ritter took the stand in his own defense Wednesday, where he said he believed the person he met in a Yahoo chat room nearly two years ago was an adult acting out her own fantasy.

Certainly crafty of The Power to lure Ritter into a chat room and then use the awesome resources of the Monroe County DA to take down Ritter - the federal government prosecutes its cases through the Justice Department and U.S. Attorneys, but the compelling need to cover their tracks with regard to taking down Ritter clearly required a more subtle plan

Well this could get Mendy to tweet out some more good stuff.

I can see it now. How the white guy is taking from the black guy again, etc etc etc...

Moral of the story. Think first, as hard as you think it is, it tends to save you money down the road.

Why would people laugh at Champion? If there is anyone that can remember the pre-Reebok days Champion use to be a carrier of NFL jerseys. I personally have a Jerome Bettis Champion jersey. Besides, who gives a crap who the company is...they use to pay him to endorse their products and whoopsie now they don't. Maybe he will shut up next time.

Good. Serves the b***tard right. I love the Steelers but had NO place for (any) of Mendentard's recent comments. Bin Laden or comparing players to slaves. I hope he doesn't get any other endorsements either. His true colors have shown through recently and what kind of guy/person he is.
I hate to say it as i support Pittsburgh players in their endeavors on the field and off, but i have no use for this guy and i'm not going to kiss his a**. Remember Mendy, everyone's replaceable.

Again it's public relations. They fear condemnation if he was their rep. Nothing unexpected here. Just unlucky

He's a running back, I don't care what his opinion is on anything as long as they pound him the rock next season.

Also lol @ anybody who goes to buy a product, and says "Gosh, that NFL player endorses their product, and I disagree with some of his opinions... I love these sweats but I'm going to pass."

Those are the real retards.

This just teaches 'Shard a lesson. You gotta keep your mouth shut and in todays society with the Twitter and Facebook and TMZ its really tough. He had a hole he dug himself into with the tweets and the ensuing tweets only made it worse. Hope he learned his leasson and didnt lose too much $.
