2 DB's actually, but the intriguing singnee is John Clay from Wisconson. He is big (230-250) can run and scored 41 TD's the past 3 years, and was the Big ten offensive player of the year in '09. If he can remain healthy he is a steal.

really like a few of these, robinson from miami ohio, and saunders (he had off the field issues) that why he went undrafted , dont mind clay for goal line but thats about it, a 4.8 at the combine runs like hes got shit in his draws

There is a reason these guys weren't drafted but I like the Steelers picking up who they did.
Especially:

John Clay, HB (Wisconsin) over 3,400 yards in college over 5 ypc
Terrence McCrae, WR (Ohio) tall, good hands on youtube
Armand Robinson, WR (Miami University) 94 rec. last year
Weslye Saunders, TE (South Carolina) 6' 5" 270 a good #2 with good hands
Trevis Turner, OT (Abilene Christian) some say a steal like teamate J'Marcus Webb
Brent Greenwood, S (Iowa) 5 int 61 tackles last year
Mario Harvey, MLB (Marshall) 144 tackles 8.5 sacks last year
Miguel Chavis, DE (Clemson) 6' 5" 288 3-4 End size
Anthony Gray, DT (Southern Miss) A Fireplug at NT, surprised he wasn't drafted


But who the heck is Eric Clanton, OLB (Citadel)

No stats in 2010, 5 total tackles in 2009, No stats in 2008 and 6 total tackles in 2007.

All these guys will be camp fodder. Seriously, no sense in digging into the
specifics of UDFA b/c 1 out of 50 will make the team. Most seasons, zero
UDFA will make the team, so why bother to spend the time looking up their
stats, etc? Hell, it's rare that players taken from the 5th rounds up make
the team. Even drafted guys taken late aren't worth looking into.

Although, 2010 was the exception to the rule.

Why is it that we signed two guys who were ruled ineligible in college? Either way...love the Greenwood pickup from Iowa...but really maybe only 1 has the chance to make the roster...and who knows who that is.
