I had a list of 5 or 6 guys at first and as I started reading, I kept saying, "Oh Yeah, him too".

So I will just say, can't wait to see some Steeler football...

Antonio Brown and Emmanuel Sanders........plus Larry Timmons, who I'm shocked to see that no one has mentioned so far. I'm also heavily curious to see how Ike Taylor does.

Not that I don't like watching Timmons play, he's a phenomenal athlete but we sort of already know what he brings to the table. He's definitely the man I want to see at linebacker on opening day, but preseason most want to see the new additions :)

plus I don't think the players that are already pencilled in as starters are going to see much playing time. Tomlin said something about starters only playing 10 plays. majority of the game will be showcasing our non-starters

with that said, this will be an exciting preseason to watch, I will be keeping my eyes on the position battles that are expected to be taking place at OL and CB. As well as seeing what talent Cam Heyward is bringing. He probably won't be a starter anytime this year, but if he's good enough to be a DL rotation and give kiesel/smith/hood a breather, then I count that as an immediate impact. Sucks about batch though, I was REALLY looking forward to seeing him play tomorrow.

Yeah, that's definitely a major disappointment.

With B. Batch done for the year (a shame). This may be the opportunity for Clay and Dwyer to show what they have.

Baron Batch, Eric Greenwood, Brent Greenwood, Mario Harvey, Cortez Allen

I am not curious about guys who will be on the roster and be backups. I am curious about the guys who might not make the team or guys who are on the cusp to make the team. I like the gray area and I want to see the unknown talents.
