Hi,
I'm a Steelers fan here in Iowa. Lots of Steelers fans here, a few local establishments have watch parties every game. It's been a few years since i've been out to the Burgh and had a plan of attack, wondering if any of you think this is doable. Flying into Pittsburgh Friday October 7th, get up the next morning, drive to the Penn State vs Iowa game, hop back in the car after the game, drive back to Pittsburgh, go to the Steelers vs Titans Sunday. Always wanted to a game at Beaver stadium. is this realistic? I don't think they've named a gametime for the PSU game yet. in 2008 when i came to Pittsburgh i made the mistake of driving from Canton to Pittsburgh via "highways" that were two laned roads going through small towns every 5 miles and it took us forever to go 120 miles. It looks like on the map it may be the same sort of drive. Thanks in advance! |
